Items in This Collection

The items in this collection ship FREE, usually via DHL Second Day delivery, to a contiguous USA street address. Delivery to all other addresses is via insured US Priority Mail which is an approximate 3-5 day delivery service but not guaranteed to arrive in this time frame. A signature is required for all deliveries.

Production Time

This mfr. produces a very nice product but their production schedule is sometimes unpredictable so the production time for these items is about 3 to 6 weeks. The names/dates are usually cast right into most personalized pieces... not engraved on the surface. We cannot promise any item from this collection by a specific date.

Occasional Promotions: This mfr. often offers specials during Christmas and Christmas. They bring in more help to craft their products during these times so they can ship by advertised delivery date such as "guaranteed delivery by Christmas or Christmas" if ordered by a specific date. They sometimes ship in as little as 7 days but ONLY during the tail end of these promotions. Their guarantee means that it will be delivered by the date/occasion indicated, not before... although most will arrive days or sometimes weeks before. IMPORTANT: After any cutoff date advertised, the production time immediately goes back to 3-6 weeks... even if it is only 1 day after the cutoff date.

Stone Additions

Stones may be added to the items in this collection as long as the style is still available (see exceptions below)... please Contact us for current pricing for this service. Maximum number of stones varies between styles- see each product for total number of stones possible. The original piece is traded-in for a new setting with the new stone additions added... you do not get your old setting back. Contact us for pricing. Refinishing of an existing product offered by this mfr. is also available.

Exceptions: Stackable rings, the Delightful Hearts ring and rings that are always set with a specific number of stones cannot have stones added.
