US Priority Mail or UPS Ground (if offered)

Shipping fees are for deliveries in the USA only... UPS is for deliveries of specified items to a contiguous USA street address.
Signature required for most deliveries.
Shipping and packaging fees (if applicable) are not refundable.
Shipping method is indicated on the product page or it is automatically US Priority Mail.

RESTRICTIONS

Delivery to a Post Office box number or an address other than the credit card holders is by restricted delivery via US Priority Mail only.
Jewelry shipping to APO and FPO addresses- your shipping address and telephone number must be on file for the credit card used or we cannot proceed with your order. You can usually place a simple to call to your financial institution to have the information updated. Note that delivery generally takes longer, occasionally much longer, than what the Post Office advertises for the States. Sorry, Reed and Barton, Chelsea, Ansonia and RaGar items are not deliverable to military addresses because they ship via UPS.
Important: UPS and FedEx will not deliver to a Post Office box nor military address.

Orders shipping from our Traverse City store are shipped using this method. Delivery to a contiguous USA address is generally within 3-5 days but is not guaranteed to arrive in this time frame.
UPS Ground (Standard)- Insured
ONLY For Reed & Barton Jewelry Boxes, Ansonia & Chelsea Products Pictured Online
Standard delivery for these items is UPS Ground. Delivery fees are to a contiguous USA street address only and these items are drop shipped to you from the mfr's. location. Faster method may be available at an additional cost- contact us for pricing and include the delivery address zip code. Delivery usually takes about 2 to 10 days from the date shipped depending upon your location. Not available to Post Office boxes or military addresses.
