Limited 1 Year Warranty
Photo locket watches come with a manufacturer's one year limited warranty from the date of purchase according to these terms and conditions.  The electronics contained in this watch case include the watch movement, hands, and dial and are included under this warranty. This guarantee is extended to the original purchaser or gift recipient against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions as determined by the manufacturer. This warranty does not apply to the batteries, band, or face crystal, and does not cover damage incurred through abuse, misuse (such as water immersion unless specifically marked with water resistance) or severe shock, mishandling, negligence, accident, unauthorized alteration or repair, commercial use, or use in violation of operating instructions. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects if the hinged watch case has any problems related to its initial presentation. The watch will be repaired or replaced (at the sole discretion of the Service Center) free of any charges, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship however a return shipping fee applies.  See warranty booklet for additional details.
